A booked hour corresponds to one working hour.
For bookings that take longer than an hour (1 hour), there is no entitlement to an offer to complete the service.

Estimation of additional service costs

After the order has been processed, an individualized recommendation can be made for further processing options.

The service focuses on the content

Layout, structure, navigation as well as design and corporate design / corporate identity are the responsibility of the client.
Checking and correcting links and technical errors are not part of the service content.

Order fulfillment

Order fulfillment takes place after 7 to 14 working days from the delivery date of the completely required information to Schreibwirkung.
For capacity reasons, booked orders can be canceled by the provider at any time. In this case, the full booking price will be refunded within 20 working days.

Customer's obligation to cooperate

The duration of the order only begins on the delivery date of the complete information required for Schreibwirkung.
The full information and access rights required vary depending on the service. For each service booked, customers will be informed in writing of the required information.

Data protection

We follow the general Swiss standards with regard to discretion, confidentiality, protection of privacy and data protection.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies for 24 hours after the booking has been made, excluding the 24-hour express option.
For capacity reasons, booked orders can be canceled by the provider at any time. In this case, the full booking price will be refunded within 20 days.

With the respective booking, the customer concludes a contract with Schreibwirkung and at the same time accepts the right of withdrawal, data protection provisions and these terms and conditions.
